As per California state requirement, a mask covering your nose and mouth will be required to attend this class.
This class is appropriate for any level of decorator; however, some experience is recommended. The level of difficulty of this class is advanced beginner. I will teach outlining and flooding, but you will have better results if you have even a little bit of previous experience decorating cookies. Techniques taught in this class:
- outlining and flooding in the same consistency and two consistencies
- wet-on-wet
- marbling
- creating texture with piping consistency icing
- Texturizing flood icing
- Light Airbrushing
- Detailing
