Sushi Time // Intermediate Airbrush Class * FEBRUARY 15th* (Anaheim, CA)

Prerequisite: beginner cookie decorating (or the ability to outline and flood. There will be no instruction on outlining and flooding).

Are you ready to step up your cookie decorating game? This class is the perfect opportunity through the use of airbrushing. Every cookie and a some of the embellishments will be airbrushed. A dual action airbrush will be employed in this class. Airbrush to student ratio is 1:1. We will also discuss the function and use of a preset handle. You will learn how to shade and highlight your cookies and also how to achieve fine lines with your airbrush. For the detail work in this class, we will move on to micro piping, fondant and wafer paper accents and use a variety of sprinkles to finish these yummy sushi babies up. Class is expected to run 5 hrs (plus or minus half an hour). Time permitting, we will assemble and disassemble our airbrushes.

Recommended age is 12 and up.
