All levels are welcome in this advanced beginner class; however, some cookie decorating is HELPFUL. If you have previously taken a class with me and want to build on your skillset, this is the perfect opportunity. We will work through all the topics of basics piping and flooding (so if you’ve never taken a decorating class, you’re golden!). Super thick icing will be used to achieve an extra puffy effect with our icing, which means an emphasis on a stippling method of flooding. We will use piping consistency to flood tiny areas, as well as create a variety of textures, from tree branches and bark to a staggered acorn top. Mr. Gnome’s nose will be modeled by YOU using fondant. The leaf, flower, and bird will be premade adornments. One thing I can guarantee is that this promises to be a super fun class!
