Christmas Vibes Advanced Airbrush Class (Anaheim, CA)

Prerequisite: beginner cookie decorating (or the ability to outline and flood. (There will be no instruction on outlining and flooding).

We are beyond excited to be back at The Cookie Studio O.C in December. If you are ready to step up your cookie decorating game, then we’ve got just the class for you. We have no doubt your airbrush confidence will be boosted tenfold. Class begins with a discussion of the most essential airbrush terminology. We will work with a dual-action airbrush for the entirety of this class. Airbrush to student ratio is 1:1. We will discuss the function and use of a preset handle and put it to use. You will learn how to shade and highlight your cookies and also how to achieve fine lines with your airbrush. For the detail work in this class, we will move on to micro piping, fondant and wafer paper accents and use a variety of sprinkles to finish these Christmas beauties up. Class is expected to run 5.5 hours (plus or minus half an hour).

Recommended age is 12 and up.
