As per California state requirement, a mask covering your nose and mouth will be required to attend this class. 

This class is appropriate for any level of decorator, from beginner to advanced. Techniques taught: 

  • Outlining and flood in one consistency and two consistencies 
  • sectionalized flooding 
  • working with royal icing transfers
  • making and applying fondant appliqué 
  • applying sprinkles and sugars to royal icing 
  • Detailing

Each student will receive a free shamrock mold as seen on the pot-o-gold.

All supplies will be included for use in the class, and you will walk away with your set of 5 cookies that you decorated in class. Class run time is 2 hours. Please note classes may run a few minutes over or under. Recommend age is 12 and up.
